"After shopping around locally here in the Hampton Roads, Va area for a Yamaha Grizzly 350 IRS and being disappointed at the selection and inability to come to an agreement terms I began to expand my search for a dealership out of the area. That is when I found Brewer Cycles.
I called the shop and began to explain what I was looking for, and where I would be coming from to pick up the vehicle. Though he did not have the exact model Grizzly I was looking for, Tyler Brewer explained to me that he did have a 2010 Big Bear on the floor in the exact color I was looking for in the Grizzly. We were able to work out a great deal, over the phone, and was more than happy to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick it up.
When I finally arrived at the shop, I was greeted with a smile and prompt attention (happy 30th). While we waited for the paperwork to process, Tyler gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to just about everyone there as well as the additional inventory upstairs. He even threw in a shirt with the purchase.
This was the most enjoyable purchase that I have made in a while. Everyone at the dealership are friendly, hospitable and carries a family atmosphere. I cannot see anyone being disappointed bringing their business to them.
Call me crazy but I will say that I am glad I drove 150miles one way. Just as the website says, they ARE worth the drive. (and a bolt in a tire along the way)"

"My wife (2011 Victory Cross Country) and I (2003 Goldwing) stopped in after losing the ability to talk with her on our CB's while traveling. Looking to get some advice on what may be wrong, we were directed to Ronnie Gilliam as the "guru" on wiring issues!! After discussing our problem, Ronnie started taking new cords from the display rack, opening the bags and trying them on my setup. The cords that were available didn't solve the problem so we discussed what I would do once I was home and had access to another helmet with J&M headset. The problem has been rectified and many thanks to Ronnie for his time and expertise. We appreciated his friendly attitude and professional manner. Thanks again!!"

"I purchased my 2001 Yamaha V-Star from Brewer 10 years ago. After shopping all of the dealers within 50 miles I found Brewer to be best on price and selection.
What I have found in the past 10 years that sets Brewer apart from the others however is their Service. I have several dealers within 30 minutes of my house, but I always make the extra drive to Brewer because of their service department. They always make me feel like they appreciate my business and understand that I do have a choice when it comes to servicing my motorcycle.
I will be in the market for a new bike in the next couple of years and I won't even bother with the other dealers this time as I already know that Brewer is the best place to purchase and get service.

"I want to thank Victor and Chris for making the purchase of my new 2009 Concours 14 a great experience. In a little over a month after I picked up the bike my brother and I took off for the 70th anniversary of Sturgis in South Dakota. We took 4 days to get there and I enjoyed seeing the country from the seat of my Concours. The bike performed great. When I left I had 1,000 miles on the bike and my gas mileage steadily improved as the trip progressed. We spent 6 days in the Rapid City, Sturgis area of South Dakota and went on some of the best bike rides in the country. The total trip mileage was 4,274 miles!!! I love the Concours and can't thank you guys enough for helping me on my trade in upgrade to such a great machine!! Thanks again!!! "

"We were at the NCMP to practice after driving 2 days from Ontario, Canada. When my rear sprocket wore out. the machine was unrideable without a new one and it was only the first day of teh trip. We were referred to you by the owner of teh NCMP. We spoke to Ronnie Gilliam, who checked every catalogue and all your stock, as well as bringing me behind the desk to look for anything the might fit, but to no avail. Ronnie offered to pick up my sprocket from the track, about 20 minutes out of his way home, and checked both his house and his neighbors looking for a sprocket that might fit. We returned to Brewer Cycles and Ronie presented us with a re-drilled Honda 450R sprocket, which fit perfectly and saved our trip.
